The Tribe Music Mentorship Project is an after-school and summer music empowerment program in-residence at First Parish Church in Fitchburg, MA. Founded in 2010 by its lead vocalist and director, Wil Darcangelo, the Tribe is a social enterprise designating 1/3 of the proceeds from its music and art to social innovation, scholarships, grants, and self-sustainability for its program and staff.
